Using a flat or crease, brush sweep or pat color onto eyelid; apply darker colors on outer corner of lid with smudge brush and sweep under eye before applying eyeliner. Shimmer eyeshadows can be used wet or dry. For wet, dampen a flat brush, dip in shadow and apply on lids.
